These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "You") and cf999 (hereinafter "cf999", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at cf999.today.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

2.2 Sole Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) Account on cf999 only. Creating duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts is a material breach of these Terms. cf999 reserves the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts, forfeit balances across all accounts, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform without prior notice.

3.1 Registration Process

To register a cf999 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration flow. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your Account and to update it promptly in the event of any change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cf999 login credentials — specifically your username or registered mobile number and your password. 3.3 KYC Verification

KYC requires the submission of a valid government-issued identification document (CNIC or Pakistani Passport) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. cf999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage for compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes. Failure to complete KYC satisfactorily within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and the holding of funds pending verification completion.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cf999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK interbank transfers. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cf999 does not charge currency conversion fees. Third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges, for which cf999 accepts no liability.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at cf999 is Rs 100 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to cf999 are processed following successful KYC verification and review by the cf999 Finance team. Withdrawals may only be made to an account in the Player's own name.

4.4 Transaction Integrity

Players must not attempt to reverse, cancel, or dispute legitimate transactions through their payment provider after funds have been credited to their cf999 Account. Chargeback abuse is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives offered by cf999 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. Where a conflict arises between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in respect of that particular offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a cf999 Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly communicated at the time of offer. Bets placed on games with an RTP below a specified threshold, or bets placed at certain minimum odds in the sportsbook, may not contribute toward Wagering Requirement completion as specified in individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cf999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors in promotion mechanics, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or coordinating with other Players to circumvent bonus terms. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

All random outcome games at cf999 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. 6. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with cf999 games;
7. Colluding with other Players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players;
8. Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in cf999 games or systems;
9. Conducting chargeback or payment reversal fraud against cf999;
10. Threatening, harassing, or abusing cf999 support staff or other Players in any communication channel;
11. Reproducing, reverse-engineering, scraping, or commercially exploiting any cf999 Intellectual Property without express written authorisation.

cf999 is committed to the promotion of safe and responsible gaming for all Pakistani players. cf999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within the Player's Account dashboard at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable by the Player, effective immediately upon setting;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notifying the Player of time elapsed in a gaming session;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days, non-reversible once activated;

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cf999 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player may copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any cf999 Intellectual Property without express written consent from cf999. Any unauthorised use of cf999 Intellectual Property will result in immediate Account termination and may be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cf999 shall not be liable to any Player for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the cf999 Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if cf999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cf999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cf999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, system updates, or factors beyond cf999's control, including disruptions to Pakistani internet infrastructure, mobile network outages, or force majeure events.

cf999 reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or financial crime; failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe; duplicate account creation; prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; or where continued Account operation would pose a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to cf999.

Players may voluntarily close their cf999 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (less any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered Pakistani payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC completion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cf999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their formation, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of cf999's licensing jurisdiction.

Many disputes have been resolved efficiently through direct communication with cf999's support team without the need for formal proceedings.

cf999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cf999 will notify active Players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the cf999 Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published at cf999.today/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the cf999 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using cf999 immediately and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
